Other Engineering Science disciplines will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These can include: Biomedical, Chemical, Computer, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical.

Engineering Technology degrees will not be considered for admission.

Undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or engineering technology, from an accredited university.

Other undergraduate degrees in physical sciences, mathematics, and business will be considered on a case-by-case basis as long as the applicant has a GPA of at least a 3.0.

Students who have not completed the required pre-requisite coursework may be assigned the course(s) below as part of their study plan:

  • MATH123 Calculus 1 for Management, Life, and Social Sciences
  • CMGT200 Construction CAD
  • CMGT202 Fundamentals of Statics

  • Test scores for any specific standardized tests
  • Copy of your passport
  • English-language test scores*

*Acceptable English-language tests include TOEFL and IELTS.
